International School of Hospitality adds MeetingMatrix® to their curriculum. Takes advantage of free event planning software and support through MeetingMatrix University program .

MeetingMatrix International, Inc. ( today announced that the International School of Hospitality, Las Vegas, has added MeetingMatrix to their hospitality program. MeetingMatrix, the standard for event planning in the hospitality industry, provides free software to over 300 colleges and Universities for use in their curriculum.

The International School of Hospitality will use and teach MeetingMatrix in selected hospitality courses. In those courses, students will use MeetingMatrix software to learn about event planning, room selection, and room setup. In the process they become proficient with the software so that they are comfortable using it when they graduate and begin their careers.

Universities and colleges throughout the United States and Europe have implemented the MeetingMatrix software into their hospitality schools’ curriculum. About – The International School of Hospitality (TISOH) was founded in 2005 by professors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. The mission of the school is to offer practical, short-term hospitality training programs developed for the industry by the industry. Along with class instruction, most courses include site visits and working internships.
