AVV Releases WebResponse Email Templates and WebTalk Chat Functionality During 8th Annual Digital Dealer Conference

AVV, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, announced today the launch of two new products, WebResponse and WebTalk. AVV, a recent recipient of both the 2010 Dealer’s Choice Diamond Award in the CRM category and the 2009 DrivingSales’ TopRated ILM award, introduced the products to dealers during the 2010 Spring Digital Dealer conference in Orlando, Florida. They are part of a larger initiative to increase lead conversions.

WebResponse email templates offer personalized message customization for dealers. Dealers can select from multiple style variations that build on the dealership’s logo, website theme and colors. The combination of the vehicle-specific messages to potential buyers and the design customization provides greater message relevancy for buyers. This advantage will lead more potential buyers to the showroom of that specific dealership.

WebTalk is an outbound calling feature seamlessly integrated with AVV’s core product, Web Control. Dealers using this technology log into the Web Control interface and connect instantly with car buyers. In addition to saving time, all calls are recorded with playback options for increased effectiveness in sales representative auditing and training.
