  • eNewsletters and ePromotions: Delivered 21+ million Dealer eNewsletters and ePromotions to consumers in Q1 2010. Outsell also rolled-out a new eNewsletter design template to a sub-set of Outsell’s client base in Q1, in an effort to increase reader engagement, and began an A-B campaign testing process to reveal best practices.
  • Live Chat: Quality Assurance standards were enhanced to ensure continuous process improvement. Chat volume increased by 9% over last quarter. Our live chat lead capture rate increased 6% over last quarter; average speed of answer decreased by 11%. Spanish language Customer Interaction Agents are now available as well.
  • Korn/Ferry International, a leading talent management firm, was retained to develop and execute a talent and leadership development program that will continue to position Outsell for sustainable growth and rapid expansion. This includes an overall organizational scaling plan.
