Company Establishes Presence in Commercial Management Industry to Service Condo and Homeowner Associations

Gardens Home Management Services (GHMS), a full-service home management and home maintenance company serving the Palm Beach and Boca regions of South Florida, recently announced it has expanded services to include commercial management.

Serving over 50 communities and more than 20 commercial properties throughout the South Florida region, the GHMS team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to provide the highest quality service available for all clients around the clock. Recognized by the Better Business Bureau and with one of the highest limits of insurance in the industry, the GHMS team is an experienced group of individuals with more than 18 years experience in the homewatch and home maintenance industry.

Utilizing more than 60 contractors who are licensed, bonded and insured, GHMS offers clients a variety of services to suit all lifestyles. In addition to serving private residences, the company will now service commercial properties including, but not limited to, homeowners associations, condominium common grounds and commercial buildings.
