New distributed architecture expands both the management capacity and flexibility of ShoreGroup's leading CaseSentry Systems Management platform

This enhanced architecture substantially expands management scalability to address very large enterprise and service provider environments supporting unified communications and collaboration networks. The general release follows the successful deployment of the new architecture to manage the unified communications and contact center network of one of the largest service providers in the world.

CaseSentry's High Scalability Architecture not only enables the management of larger volumes of systems and devices, but also addresses the increasing number of automated tests that CaseSentry performs to determine the precise health and performance of today's most complex unified communications applications and networks. The architecture extends the proprietary and patented intelligence currently within the CaseSentry platform to logically load balance the testing within major networks by geographical location, size of the network, technologies and applications being managed, or even a client's organizational structure. CaseSentry is monitoring thousands of servers, the suite of Cisco Unified Communications applications, one of the largest Cisco MeetingPlace collaboration deployments, and 60 large-scale contact centers using Cisco Customer Voice Portal (CVP), Cisco Unified Intelligent Contact Management Enterprise (ICME) and Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) applications. The results show that we're utilizing only a small percentage of the new architecture's management capacity, providing significant room for growth."
