Junior brand, YMI, has teamed up with Teen Vogue to conduct the “Makeover in Manhattan” national sweepstakes. One lucky YMI fan will win a fabulous all-expense paid trip for two to the fashion capital of the U.S. where they will recieve a makeover by a Teen Vogue stylist and a new wardrobe from YMI. The sweepstakes launched on March 15, 2010 and will come to a close on April 30, 2010.
The “Makeover in Manhattan” sweepstakes is open to U.S. legal residents 13 years of age and older; the main point of entry for the sweepstakes is at ymijeans.com. The sweepstakes has been promoted via the YMI and Teen Vogue “It Girl” Facebook fan pages, Twitter and email blast subscriber databases as a combined effort. In addition, the sweepstakes was featured in a YMI ad in the Teen Vogue April issue and featured in the “All Access” section of the May issue. The lucky winner will be selected by a random drawing and will be announced on or around Monday, May 3, 2010.
