The Brooks Group’s leadership in the area of innovative sales training and development will be highlighted at the 2010 Partnering for Performance Conference scheduled for May 4-6, 2010 in Raleigh, NC.

The 2010 Partnering for Performance Conference is hosted by Training Industry, Inc., with this year’s focus on powering learning through strategic partnerships. These partnerships will be based on new and innovative approaches, as opposed to traditional methodology. The Brooks Group was selected to participate based on the success of the company’s virtual sales training program.

Michelle Richardson, of The Brooks Group, will be participating as a conference presenter, with a presentation on ‘Brave New World: Exploring Virtual Sales Training in the Second Life Environment.’ Richardson will focus on examining the benefits and drawbacks of virtual sales training, navigating potential roadblocks to success, and demonstrating effectiveness using client experiences.

Michelle Richardson is The Brooks Group’s Director of Curriculum Design and Programs with 16 years of experience in instructional design and educational programming for sales professionals. At The Brooks Group, she is responsible for developing tactical sales and sales management curriculum customized for clients across a variety of public-and private-sector industries.
