He has also spearheaded the firm’s rigorous internal training and professional development program, in addition to lending his depth of expertise to managing Fortune 500 clients’ large, complex outsourcing transactions and strategic sourcing programs. Prior to Pace Harmon, Sealock was a senior manager with Deloitte Consulting.
