Not one, not two, but three sofis went to this hard-working little company in Portland for their new Mild Indian Curry Ketchup, Lemon, Mustard & Dill dinner sauce, and mouth-watering Moroccan Mustard.

Dulcet Cuisine, known for their line of artisan-made, globally inspired dinner sauces and condiments, received three sofi silvers at this year’s NASFT judging in New York. The coveted prize went to their recently introduced Mild Indian Curry Ketchup, their best selling Lemon, Mustard & Dill Sauce, and to their multiple award-winning Moroccan Mustard - which just received a Gold in Napa Valley’s Worldwide Mustard Competition last month and received the Guild of Fine Food’s highest honor of three gold stars in the UK’s Great Taste Awards.

The NASFT sofi Awards honor the best of the best in specialty foods and beverages. According to NASFT, this year’s competition was stiff. NASFT members submitted 1,570 products in Part 1, up 12 percent from 2009, with 125 winners. Dulcet is one of only three companies to receive 3 sofis in this year's judging.

Dulcet Cuisine makes small batch, high quality international dinner sauces, exotic ketchup & mustards, and ethnic cooking spices and rubs. All of Dulcet’s products are 100% natural, preservative-free, and all but one are gluten-free.

Created in 2004 by chef Pam Kraemer, Dulcet is distributed by Tree of Life/Kehe, Avenue Gourmet, Crown Distributors, Amazing Food Company, Gourmet Trading and Peter’s Imports and can be found in Whole Foods and specialty stores throughout the US, England and Canada.
