XPI, a leading provider of online solutions for corporate disclosure research, today announced that its explosive rate of business growth has continued through four consecutive months. The company ended March 2010 on a high note, setting a record for the highest monthly sales of DisclosureNet in the company’s history.

Surpassing expectations to-date, revenues for March 2010 have increased 26% over the previous, highest month of sales. The four-month long positive trend of elevated growth has also positioned the company for an extraordinary fiscal year end in April 2010.

“Our stellar business growth can be attributed to several factors, including the ever-growing popularity of DisclosureNet 5, the timely release of DisclosureNet IFRS and our industry-changing Team Edition,” said Stephane Jasmin, President and CEO of XPI. “Through these releases we continuously strengthen our commitment to our customers by providing them with powerful solutions that enhance their research process, enable collaboration with colleagues or clients, and significantly improve enterprise knowledge management.”

DisclosureNet 5 is the latest, most powerful version of the popular online corporate disclosure research solution, currently used by over 15,000 professionals in more than 400 organizations. It simplifies the public company research process for users to search, mine and monitor public company disclosure documents filed on EDGAR in the US, SEDAR and SEDI in Canada and those filed in the UK.

“We have seen rapid acceptance of DisclosureNet in all of our primary markets due to an underlying demand by professionals to be more efficient and thorough in their disclosure research,” said Todd Peterson, VP Client Services at XPI. “Since DisclosureNet improves disclosure research, reduces costs and mitigates risks, while boasting an easy-to-use platform that anyone can learn in minutes, it has proven to be a very valuable tool for our clients.”

DisclosureNet IFRS aids professionals who are preparing or assisting clients with their IFRS transition by providing them with fast and easy access to thousands of IFRS examples from North America and the UK. Access to IFRS examples is critical to the success of accounting, legal or other companies that are faced with the challenges presented by the IFRS transition. DisclosureNet IFRS also provides users with access to the International Financial Reporting Interpretations Committee’s (IFRIC) interpretations of IFRSs and the International Accounting Standards Board’s (IASB) basis for conclusions.

With the Team edition, DisclosureNet introduces unprecedented, collaborative research capabilities to legal, financial, investment and corporate enterprises. The Team edition’s industry-changing capabilities— including research sharing, custom content tagging, group content distribution and portal integration—are redefining disclosure research while significantly improving enterprise knowledge management.
