Warr & Peace Records recording artist Naomi Carroll is continuing to make a name for herself around the U.S., most recently performing at the premiere of the film “Flag Of My Father” starring John Schneider and William Devane.
“It was such an honor to perform at their premiere," noted Naomi. "The movie was inspirational.”
“Flag of My Father” honors veterans, looking at their struggles and family relationships through the story of an Army nurse who struggles to hold onto her faith after her veteran father dies and jealousy erupts among herself and her brothers.
Carroll has also been busy performing at various venues across the Southwest including at women's conferences. She recently performed at a women’s conference featuring authors Susan May Warren and Rachel Hauck. Hauck recently published a book written with country singer Sara Evans. Warren has also authored several books, including the Noble Legacy series and The Heirs of Anton series.
“I’m passionate about my music, and I have a passion for singing for women,” Carroll said. “I like to pour my heart out and talk about real things.”
Currently touring in the U.S., Carroll will make several stops in Texas in May including an appearance on Daystar TV in Houston.
Carroll began writing and singing at age 11, performing original songs eventually making it past the first round of American Idol. She released her first single “Enjoying the Journey,” and signed with Warr & Peace Records to create her recently released debut album, “Becoming.” Carroll has also performed with Randy Travis, Bill Gaither, The Martins, By The Tree, Judy Martin Hess, and Phillips, Craig, & Dean, and many others.
Carroll is currently booking women’s ministry events, conferences, retreats, and summer house concerts. She is also booking concerts in the Austin, Odessa, and Houston areas. To book a concert with Carroll, visit http://www.naomicarroll.com.
