Cutting Edge Storage, a brand new self storage facility in Centennial has taken extra steps in time and costs to blend into the community rather than stick out like a sore thumb.

The state-of-the-art storage facility opened mid-April and will be conducting a grand opening with the Chamber of Commerce and donating 20% of the first month's rent to For The Love Of Grace (http://www.loveofgrace.org/) during the grand opening week. We will also be putting $1500 to give to For The Love Of Grace into an empty unit. If you rent that unit, the donation will be given in your name. The grand opening event is expected to take place later in May.

When designing the facility, the owners took care to build something the community would be proud of. This includes landscaping, color selection, architectural design and visible signage.

"We're very sensitive to the the fact that we're coming into this great community with a new building that residents drive by every day. Rather than make it something that sticks out like a sore thumb, we wanted to create something that residents would be proud to drive by with friends from out-of-town." said James Ross, Vice President, Cutting Edge Self Storage.

The facility includes state-of-the-art technology and building systems like: web-based reservations and payments, security cameras throughout the property, digital gate systems, temperature controlled units and other industry-leading attributes.

The facility is located at; 7059 S. Kenton Street in Centennial.

Cutting Edge Self Storage owns and/or operates 15 self storage facilities in 5 states. For more information visit http://www.cuttingedgeselfstorage.com or call Jim Ross at 866-970-3343.
