Rick has more than 25 years experience leading professional work teams, directing strategic planning and growth and managing operations of behavioral health and human capital organizations. In his new role, he will be responsible for overseeing client service delivery, which includes managing Perspectives' call center and clinical staff.
Prior to Perspectives, Rick held positions at APS Healthcare Bethesda, Behavioral Health Concepts, Workplace Solutions and Creative Care Management. He has also served on the Board of Directors for The Bridge Youth and Family Services and is a member of the Employee Assistance Professional Association (EAPA), Employee Assistance Society of North America (EASNA) and National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
