Millennium Integrated Marketing to Present at NEPPA’s Customer Service Conference

The Northeast Public Power Association has asked Millennium Integrated Marketing (of Boston and Manchester, NH) to present “Practical Applications of Social Media” at its 2010 Customer Service Conference on May 7 in Sandwich, MA. Linda Fanaras and Abigail Burton of Millennium will assist participants with understanding the value of social media marketing in both customer relations and business development.

Linda Fanaras and Abigail Burton of Millennium Integrated Marketing, a strategic marketing firm that integrates successful online and offline strategies for business growth, will be featured presenters at the Northeast Public Power Association’s (NEPPA) 2010 Customer Service Conference. The event will be held May 7 at the Heritage Museum and Gardens in Sandwich, Massachusetts.

Ms. Fanaras, President and Founder of Millennium, and Ms. Burton, Marketing Communications Manager, will discuss “Practical Applications of Social Media.” Their presentation will assist conference participants with understanding the value and role of social media marketing in successful business development and positive customer relations. Ms. Fanaras and Ms. Burton will also provide strategies for leveraging social media networks to interact and respond effectively to customers, enhance public relations efforts, and strengthen brands.
