This Mother's Day, May 9th, 1890 Restaurant will feature a sumptuous brunch in which 10% of all sales will be donated to the Breast Cancer Network of Strength. Breast Cancer Network of Strength is a support organization whose mission is to ensure through information, empowerment and peer-support, that no one faces breast cancer alone, 1890 Restaurant, located within the historic hotel, will have a celebratory menu honoring "mom" from 10:00am to 3:00p.m. Some of the culinary delights featured include Chef-Carved Prime Rib and Pastrami-Cured Salmon, Lobster Quiche with Spanish Pepper Cream, Smoked Salmon Benedict and Hollandaise, Prepared-to-Order Omelets, Artisan Breads and Cheeses, Beef Tenderloin Carpaccio, a dessert bar with classics such as Apple Strudel and Lemon Meringue Pie, and more.
