San Francisco's Cova Hotel Announces Urban Photography Contest

Modern, chic, and minimalist describe the newly renovated lobby of downtown San Francisco's Cova Hotel. To complete its multi-million dollar makeover, the Cova Hotel is holding a urban photography contest, offering winners a multitud of prizes, including the opportunity to sell their art in Cova's lobby gallery.

Cova Hotel is completing its multi-million dollar renovation by adding an authentic touch of urban San Francisco. Cova Hotel invites professional, amateur, and student photographers to enter digital photos of San Francisco culture in its urban photography contest.

Ten lucky winners will have their photos displayed in the Cova lobby gallery to be admired by the hotel's guests from around the world. Winners will also win a complimentary weekend stay at the Cova Hotel and the opportunity to sell their displayed photos.

"We want to create a true San Francisco experience for our guests", explains Cova Hotel General Manager Simon Sin, "what could be a better way than inviting our local community to display their San Francisco art in our lobby?".

Photographers should submit their digital photos to no later than June 8, 2010. Only one entry containing up to six digital photos can be submitted. Each entry may be no larger than 1 MB. Only digital entries will be accepted. Prints, slides, or other medium will not be considered.
