KEL Attorneys is looking for victims of the Deepwater Horizon oil spill so they can assist them in taking legal action.

Kaufman, Englett & Lynd LLC is actively searching for individuals and businesses affected by the Deepwater Horizon oil spill that occurred April 20, 2010, so they can file a law suit on their behalf.

KEL Attorneys is looking for those businesses and individuals that have experienced a loss in income or property damage as a result of this oil spill.

This disaster has already affected the commercial fishing and tourism industries, with many businesses and fisherman suffering a loss in revenue.

“The Gulf States are home to many fisherman and their livelihoods have been jeopardized because of corporate irresponsibility” stated Matt Englett, the managing partner with KEL Attorneys. “We are assembling all victims of this disaster to bring legal action.”

The damage from this event also extends to owners of docks, marinas, restaurants, hotels and waterfront property.

“Many people have incurred damage because of this oil spill and have no idea that they are entitled to compensation,” said Matt Englett in regards to the disaster. “Business owners will really suffer and we are urging them to call our firm and speak with someone to see if they have a claim.”
