This merger will allow for Providence Projects and Fahy Fitzpatrick to offer their clients a one-stop-shop for design services on construction projects, which allows for greater efficiency in the design and construction process as resources are shared and their is a greater level of communication within the design team.

Fahy Fitzpatricks range of services include: Civil Design Engineering; Masterplanning; Infrastucture Masterplanning; Flood Alleviation Design; Drainage Schemes; Waste water treatment; Structural Engineering Design; Building Energy Ratings; Energy Audits; Fire Engineering Services; Home Extension Design; One-Off Domestic Design; Industrial Building Design.
Combined the two companies hope to bring a new innovative approach to the industry to allow for a much more efficient provision of design services in order to reduce the front end costs for construction projects, so that more projects can reach a stage where they can obtain finance and go to site with much less initial capital expenditure and risk. The two companies also have established alliances with well respected Architectural and M&E firms, in addition to construction advisors, so that the process has a complete fluid approach based on real market prices and real market conditions.
