Tucker, GA (PRWEB) May 3, 2010
The Law Offices of Ruthann P. Lacey, P.C., announced today the addition of attorney Heather Durham Nadler to their staff. Nadler will be joining as a Senior Associate and will concentrate her legal work in the areas of Special Needs Law, Elder Law and Estate Planning.
Heather's addition to the staff is significant in that it makes the firm the only one in Georgia with two attorneys certified by the National Elder Law Foundation as Elder Law Attorneys.
"With our growing retiree population, adding another Certified Elder Law Attorney to our staff will better position our firm to respond the needs of current clients and prepare us for the demands of new ones," stated Ruthann Lacey of Ruthann P. Lacey, P.C. "We anticipate significant growth in this market due to the widespread changes outlined in the 2010 Healthcare Reform Legislation and want to be prepared to support the concerns and legal issues of this vulnerable community."
Heather brings nine years experience practicing law in the fields of family law, real estate, estate planning and litigation.
She is a member of the Board of Directors and Immediate Past Chair of the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
