New author L.R. Lane composer/musician has authored “All in a Day’s Dance”© Lane and Lane 2010, ebook to create an unparalleled experience of reading and having the option of streaming music from his original orchestrated/piano suite of music called the “TW Suite”© Lane and Lane 2006, that coincides with the chapters.
Truchsia, the main character’s relationship to music becomes an unbridled experience as she must learn to tame her creative spirit. She is educated, independent, and has a unique ability to draw characters to reflect what she always wanted to be. Her father took away one of her greatest loves, dancing, at a crucial time in her life. Truchsia compensates by capitalizing on her ‘guilty pleasures’, and is taken into another dimension when an extraordinary occurrence catapults her to meet face to face with an enigmatic antagonist. An emotional battle over what he wants from her and what she gives him ensues.
The emotions we all fold into our memories at the end of the day, become magnified in a way that should resonate with readers from all walks of life who are looking for a way to be taken into a world of wonder through Truchsia’s eyes and ears.
L.R. Lane has been fascinated with the way words to make images parallel with the way phrases in music create images, since he first began reading and taking music lessons as a preschooler. “All in a Day’s Dance” is his best work yet, incorporating characters that he and his wife/dancer Carol performed in theaters, small indoor venues to an outdoor world stage and local television.
