Village Podiatry Centers’ Expands Medical Services to Dahlonega

Patients in Dahlonega and the surrounding communities now have greater access to foot and ankle healthcare. Village Podiatry Centers, Georgia’s largest foot and ankle surgical practice recently opened their newest office on Tipton Road near the campus of Chestatee Regional Hospital.

“With the addition of the Dahlonega clinic, we are able to offer advanced medical treatment for all ages in the North Georgia community,” said Dr. Snyder.

Village Podiatry Centers’ physician, Dr. Mark Snyder, staffs the Dahlonega office and maintains a second office in Cumming on the campus of Northside Hospital-Forsyth. Dr. Snyder is board certified in foot surgery. He earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia and completed a three-year surgical residency at The Crozer Keystone Health System in Philadelphia. Dr. Snyder also received additional training at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore.

“With the addition of the Dahlonega clinic, we are able to offer advanced medical treatment for all ages in the North Georgia community,” said Dr. Snyder. “Patients suffering from lower extremity problems such as foot fractures, heel pain, diabetic foot problems and sports injuries can expect the highest quality of medical and surgical care.”
