I can't wait to meet and speak with my fellow luxury real estate brokers from around the United States and the world. We all can learn from each other."

Jacky Teplitzky, a managing director at Prudential Douglas Elliman in Manhattan and one of New York City’s top luxury residential real estate brokers, is a featured speaker at LuxuryRealEstate.com’s 8th Annual Luxury Real Estate Spring Retreat in Miami, Florida. Teplitzky will discuss “The Art of Communication: How to Use Marketing, Publicity and Advertising to Brand Yourself and Grow Your Business.” The presentation will take place at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach on Friday, May 7th. LuxuryRealEstate.com is an international network with more than 60 countries representing carefully-selected, first-tier residential luxury estates and property brokerages. Top luxury residential real estate brokers from around the world are expected to attend the conference.

The international aspect of the conference dovetails with Teplitzky’s vast global experience. Born in Chile and raised in Israel, where she was a soldier in the Israeli army, Jacky has lived and worked on three continents. Fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew, she and the Jacky Teplitzky team work with real estate investors, buyers and sellers from around the world, including Latin and Central America, Europe and Russia. Because of her international background, Jacky is able to intuitively know and meet the demands of her clients in an efficient and knowledgeable manner whether they are buying or selling luxury real estate in New York City and the Hamptons.

And that knowledge will be shared with her industry peers. “The skillful use of various aspects of communication is truly an art form,” says Teplitzky, who, along with her eponymous team, has sold over $700,000,000 in Manhattan real estate. “During the recent housing downturn and recession, I used a variety of communication tools to maintain and grow my market share.” Her efforts worked: in 2009, she and her team closed on approximately 95 transactions and sold more than $100,000,000 in properties during one of the most difficult years the real estate industry and country has experienced.

“I appreciate the opportunity that LuxuryRealEstate.com has given me,” Teplitzky notes. “I can’t wait to meet and speak with my fellow luxury real estate brokers from around the United States and the world. We all can learn from each other.”
