Camas, Washington (PRWEB) May 6, 2010
Combs Painting, a residential and commercial painting contractor, has announced a significant upgrade of its online presence, according to Jimmiesue Combs, President of the Portland Oregon-area and Southern Washington firm.
"We are convinced that our customer service commitment begins when people research us online. We decided to make certain they have all of the information they need to make an informed choice of the painting company they select," said Combs. "It sets a tone for the work they can expect. A full-service website indicates a full-service company."
She points out the new website is organized by the types of painting services in which the company specializes; from commercial and house painting to faux finishes. "Our potential clients can scan an entire gallery of actual projects we have completed. We know the final product is good, and visitors tell us they appreciate that we have provided examples on our website."
"We understand our potential customers are looking for facts only about their project", said Combs. "So the redesign of our website provides a panel of buttons. Customers need only click on the one they want. We met our goal of putting folks one mouse click away from each of the segments of the market we serve."
She adds that customers have been pleased to discover other Combs services to complement painting, such as small carpentry, pressure washing and gutter cleaning.
Combs says web marketing has become her focus. "Obviously, marketing has changed a lot since we started our business in 1952. It used to be that you'd go to the yellow pages to find a painter. But customers got no information from names in a list, and they got lost in a sea of display ads. Our website enables us to give you immediate information and also enables us to spell out what differentiates us -that is, what puts us above the crowded market for painting services."
Combs Painting completes 175 painting projects in an average year. The firm is licensed in Oregon and Washington State, fully bonded and insured. The company uses locally manufactured paints from employee-owned Miller Paints, as well as Sherwin Williams products.
