Well performing small and midsized businesses should be seeing an increase in demand throughout the rest of the year according to experts at The March Group, a private mergers and acquisitions firm. For the firms that have managed to stay healthy throughout the recession, there is good reason to believe that the reductions in businesses sales in 2009 will lead to a rebound in sales. The number of mergers and acquisitions dropped in 2009, with less than half of what was done the previous year, and many of these sales involved businesses that were in financial distress.
