“We never stop thinking and are always coming up with ways to push the envelope”
(PRWeb UK) May 7, 2010
SwitchboardFREE, the UK’s fastest growing free advanced call manager, has this week hit a momentous point in its short and bright lifetime by handling more than 20,000,000 call minutes for its customers since it started.
The system, which was started by the Lowestoft based company liquid 11as an internal call manager, has gone from strength to strength since the initial launch. With over 16,000 registered users from home workers (not wanting to give out their personal phone numbers), SME’s (who are looking for advanced call statistics and tracking) to large corporations implementing pay per call strategies to maximise marketing potential and advertising revenue both for themselves and their clients.
The system started small (with just liquid 11 and a few associated local companies using it), but exploded when a web front end was launched. It has has matured and grown into a robust and incredibly functional platform handling calls for many national blue chip companies.
Grant Hardy, Liquid 11’s MD, had this to say, "SwitchboardFREE has grown exponentially over the past years. Starting life as an internal tool and growing to the point where it’s handling calls for some of the biggest and most well known names in the UK today."
The growth shows no sign of slowing down. "This is in no small part down to our network of innovative and enthusiastic resellers who have embraced the system wholeheartedly and helped push SwitchboardFREE forward."
When asked what the future holds, Grant added, “We never stop thinking. We have a lot of new ideas and enhancements which will be implemented into the SwitchboardFREE system over the coming months. Our team of in house programmers are dynamic and innovative and are always coming up with ways to push the envelope. Now we’re venturing into the virtually untouched pay per call arena, partnering with some of the biggest news media companies in the UK. Our future is exciting and looking execptionally bright.
