Cofounder Brady Stump explains the value of this unconventional approach is that property owners get the efforts of two companies for the same cost as one. Vintage Escapes focuses on promoting and booking rental properties, while partner brokerages deliver service and support to each property. With extensive online, in print, and face-to-face marketing, Vintage Escapes is designed to book more weeks than what a traditional model can do.
