Cathy Smith, a former Solutions Manager with Xerox Corporation, has joined the mail-management outsource firm DataBill, LLC based in Phoenix. Ms. Smith will act as the firm’s new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. In her new role, Ms. Smith will be responsible for leading DataBills’ nationwide sales expansion and new market development efforts.
With a reputation for understanding her client’s businesses and offering creative solutions, Cathy Smith carved out a niche with such market leaders as Xerox and Eastman Kodak. In her most recent assignment, Ms. Smith spent twelve years at Xerox Corporation in a variety of client-facing roles.
Professional Experience in the Print, Mail and Fulfillment Industry.
While at Xerox, Cathy Smith managed several states, providing solutions to the print and commercial marketplace as a Solutions Manager. Her expertise in both technology and print output will be an asset in her new role at Databill.

Originally from Michigan, where she worked 10 years for Eastman Kodak, Ms. Smith’s experience supplements DataBills’ existing senior management team. Their expertise already covers virtually all phases of print, mail and fulfillment services. DataBill also provides data management and storage, design, print and electronic bill presentment and payment services. In addition, they offer customers variable messaging and duplex printing.
DataBill will Expand its Markets
Ms. Smith’s mission at DataBill will include building a national sales force to market these and other services of the company. Her role will include expanding the firm’s marketing efforts into social media and updating processes. Those efforts will include continuing and enhancing the firm’s customer service focus.
A great synergy exists with Ms. Smiths’ appointment as Sales and Marketing VP.
