James, a veteran of the high-tech industry who holds a degree from Northeastern and is also a graduate of Stanford University's Advanced Management College, brings more than 13 years of experience in sales operations and quota attainment to Ipswitch, Inc. Prior to joining the Network Management Division he spent time in sales operations at Monster Worldwide, where he managed the commission process and sales operations for 600 sales representatives.
