Callfinity to Attend Rochester User Group Meeting on May 13th

Callfinity, Inc. has just announced their attendance at the’s Rochester User Group meeting on May 13th at the Wegman’s “Champagne” Room in Pittsford, NY. Jerry Wheaton, Vice President of Callfinity’s vForce division, and Jeff Valentine, CEO of Callfinity, will be speaking at the event.

Today Callfinity, Inc., a rapidly growing provider of intelligent telecommunications applications and new member of the Rochester User Group, announced that they will be in attendance and presenting at the event scheduled for Thursday, May 13, 2010.

In March, Callfinity announced their partnership with and their new application called VirtualCall® which allows customers to assign virtual telephone numbers to their sales representatives or other employees. Simultaneously, Callfinity launched a new vForce® division to develop native applications for enterprises and businesses using the platform.

“We are very excited about having a Rochester company become an application partner with and are anxious to learn more about Callfinity’s offerings,” said Mary Ann Novosel, co-chair of the Rochester User Group.

At the Rochester User Group meeting, Callfinity will explain how existing Salesforce CRM customers can leverage Callfinity’s cloud-based telecommunications infrastructure to improve efficiency, reduce cost, increase the adoption rate of the CRM tool, and boost revenue.

This month’s Rochester User Group meeting will take place from 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at the Pittsford Wegman’s “Champagne” Room. The Pittsford Wegmans is located at 3195 Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY 14618. Networking for the event begins at 7:45 A.M.
