VinoVisit.com, the first reservation system built just for wineries, announced today the release of a new API for the eWinery Solutions platform, providing a fully integrated visitor reservation system that captures and integrates customer information into web based ecommerce and POS databases.

The Robert Mondavi Winery, a VinoVisit customer since October 2009, was the first of many Napa and Sonoma Constellation Brand wineries to implement the VinoVisit reservation system. The Franciscan, Ravenswood, Blackstone, Clos du Bois, and Simi wineries have recently rolled out the VinoVisit API.

The integrated solution enables winery visitors to make reservations online at eWinery Solutions powered websites and allows wineries to capture all related customer data for marketing purposes. Online reservation management also allows wineries to manage personnel more efficiently by staffing for tastings more efficiently.
