Sunrise Films just bought the rights for Matchbreaker from its writer JT Compton.

"Matchbreaker" is described by its director as “a true romantic comedy in the style of “Hitch” with one exception... More laugh- out-loud moments. A twenty-something entrepreneur hides from the complications of relationships behind a bizarre job – helping cowards dump their significant others. But when he falls for a woman he has been hired to reject, the Matchbreaker must deal with his own baggage before he can win her heart.”

This is not the first comedy of Sunrise Films. In the list of the company there is "Father of Invention" with Kevin Spacey and "Flutter" - dark British comedy.

Sunrise Films is planning to put the film in production late this year.
