The latest upgrade includes enhancements to call center capabilities and completes the transition to fixed-mobile convergence. BroadWorks enables a comprehensive range of VoIP applications, including Hosted Unified Communications, Mobile Unified Communications, SIP Trunking, and Consumer VoIP services, which are fully integrated into a single platform.
