Similar to the original RQi® Registration Quality Improvement product developed by Kramer Healthcare Technologies for hospitals, RQi Practice Management™ improves patient demographic and encounter data by utilizing a “real time” web verification process on the front-end that eliminates errors for a cleaner billing process, which in turn, increases collections from third party payers.

RQi Practice Management™ is the only web-based registration service available to physician practices that offers a combination of real-time and batch information processing for greater revenue capture at the point of each patient visit. RQi Practice Management™ empowers the clinic office staff by helping to eliminate errors at the time of the patient encounter. This in turn, helps eliminate manual editing and the rework usually required for claims to be submitted properly for reimbursement.

Florida-based Orlando Health’s physician practice group, which includes 250 employed physicians representing 33 specialties and more than 100 registration staff, is one of the first large practice groups to utilize RQi Practice Management™ web based solution.
