Chicago based xkzero has completed negotiations on the asset purchase of Route Sell Solutions from Enterprise Integrations LLC. The purchase includes the portfolio of Route Sell Solution products as well as the customer list, pipeline, and other intellectual property.
As a part of the agreement, former Route Sell Solutions President David Boothby will join xkzero as a Partner. Mr. Boothby has a ‘hands on’ background in distribution and the development of technology. He will continue to manage the day to day operations and future development and design of the RSS Product line as well as contributing to xkzero in a consulting capacity for the MAS 500 product

xkzero plans to leverage existing relationships within the Sage Channel to build a network of educated resellers that will be empowered to sell, install, and service the suite of Route Sell Solution products. This move further supports core business strategy to promote a vertical focus and selling approach within the Sage channel, including food, beverage, and other consumer products.
