Ideal Insurance Inc. has announced its 10th anniversary serving Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte counties. According to owner Paul Kreminski, the Florida firm remains an independent insurance agency providing both personal and business services.
"Reaching the milestone of a decade in business is a time to reflect on where we started and where we are now", said Kreminski. "Our service has grown along with our neighborhoods. This is now the third fastest growing market in Florida."
"We set out to make the complicated nature of insurance clear for our clients. When we started, I felt strongly that our culture should be thoroughly professional yet completely approachable. The business of insurance in Florida had for too long been primarily a sales job. We replaced the old beat up briefcase with quality customer service."
Kreminski points out that Ideal Insurance provides a full line of services, writing auto, homeowners, motorcycle and boat policies as well as business insurance, commercial vehicle coverage and general liability.
"I never want us to sit back and say we've made it. But I do think this anniversary is an opportunity to look at what we did well," said Kreminski. "I am very proud of the fact that if someone comes to us first for business coverage, they then become customers for personal insurance. And it has been the reverse as well. Ours is a business of long-term relationships, and we are proud to have customers who have been with us from the beginning ten years ago."
Kreminski adds that he has affiliated his firm with the leading companies in the insurance industry, including The Hartford, Progressive, Hanover and Safeco, Encompass and Universal. "We don't think it's possible to search for just the right solutions for our clients unless we do business with various firms offering a variety of solutions."
"It's vital that our affiliated insurers be financially strong. Not only because of recent economic events, but also because our counties are at risk of natural disasters, such as hurricanes. We consider it our duty to be able to reassure our clients that they will get the reimbursement and expenses they need to recover."
What does Kreminski see next? "Insurance is a dynamic business, and I like to think we're a dynamic company. We'll continue to grow, and adapt when needed - as long as it is in service to our clients."
