AnswerLab, one of the nation’s leading online user experience research companies, today announced that Kate Taplin has joined the company as a Director of Research.
Taplin joins AnswerLab from The Nielsen Company. At Nielsen, she was responsible for leading the Mobile Media product team and was instrumental in architecting the measurement of mobile media and launching Nielsen’s mobile media products internationally. She then took on the role of Director of Product Leadership for Nielsen Mobile Insights US where she was responsible for running the largest wireless consumer study in the US.
Taplin began her career at MarketTools where she developed the Hispanic Reach product line, helping consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies gather relevant and actionable research data on the Hispanic consumer.
With over 12 years of experience in market research, Taplin brings both qualitative and quantitative research expertise to AnswerLab. Clients will benefit from her deep expertise and her ability to develop custom and high-quality research solutions.
