Veteran pool construction contractor Jeff Rosenstrauch has announced the launch of a unique website to provide consumer guidance on how to build a backyard pool. The membership site is called, "howtobuildyourpool.com", and represents Rosenstrauch's company, H2BUOP, LLC.
Rosenstrauch said, "One of the secrets of pool building is that it is remarkably detailed work. A finished pool looks deceptively simple. But the devil is in the details. What makes our website unique is that you can now get all of those details in one place. Follow the process -fill your pool."
He added, "I had such a bad experience with the contractor who built my first pool; I ended up going into the business. I think it's good for the whole industry if there is ample information about what goes in to constructing a pool."
Rosenstrauch pointed out that since the do-it-yourself process will usually involve hiring some subcontractors, the online information he is providing allows a homeowner to know each of the steps that create a pool. He can make informed decisions on which work to job out, and how to determine if it was done properly.
"Very few people will take their pool project from turning the first shovel to laying rock on the deck. My website is filling the void of solid information about how to hire a subcontractor, how to sort through filtration systems, and more." Rosenstrauch estimates he has logged more than a thousand hours of research into pool building construction techniques and specifications, and has proven the effectiveness of his findings by building pools that do not require repair after construction is completed.
"I want folks to know the best means to build a dream backyard without the nightmares that too often happen. If, after joining our website, a homeowner decides to hire a pool builder instead, he will have an online reference on how it's done, how to understand all of those things his contractor is talking about, and how to monitor the pool builder he hired."
Rosenstrauch referred to his own first experience with a pool builder. "So many details were being ignored that I ended up having to supervise the job myself. I think anyone planning a backyard pool needs to know the process. You will be able to stay on top of the work. Or you will be able to get it done yourself. We've built a win-win consumer website."
The informational site requires a one-time membership subscription of $89.95.
