I felt we could make a real difference in Helping Hands’ clients lives that I couldn’t possibly say no.

Four Seasons Sunrooms and its local franchise in Arkansas, Ozark Sunrooms & More, combined to lend a helping hand to some less fortunate folks in Benton County. The two companies recently joined forces to help shelter the clients of the local Helping Hands.
“As part of our business, it is not uncommon to have as many as 50 clients waiting for assistance each morning, some coming as early as 5 a.m.,” Bill Crawford, executive director of Helping Hands of Benton County said. “In the past they have been forced to sit outside in the cold of the winter and endure the beating sun in the summertime, not to mention the frequent spring rains.”
Ozark Sunrooms and Four Seasons Sunrooms combined to donate one of Four Seasons’ Easy Living Sun and Shade sunroom to Helping Hands that could be used to shelter the residents in the inclement weather.
When Diane Boss of Ozark Sunrooms heard about the situation, she knew she had to do something to help and thought that one of Four Seasons year-round sunrooms could make a real difference in people’s lives. She quickly enlisted the help of her husband Bill and their franchisor, Four Seasons Sunrooms.
“We have a couple ladies who had been trying to help Helping Hands find a solution to the ongoing problem of people having to stand outside, in the elements, for hours waiting to get help,” Diane Boss, co-owner of Ozark Sunrooms and More said. “When I heard about it, I mentioned that I thought a sunroom would work.”
Together with her husband Bill, Diane approached their sunroom supplier and franchisor, Four Seasons Sunrooms, to help donate some of the materials and the Bosses would use some of their existing materials and provide the labor to build the room for Helping Hands.
“When Diane approached me, I knew that Four Seasons would do whatever it could to help get this done,” Four Seasons CEO Patrick Marron said. “Bill and Diane are such caring and genuine people and I felt we could make a real difference in Helping Hands’ clients lives that I couldn’t possibly say no.”
The over 400 square feet of sunroom has provided safe, secure shelter to many people since its recent installation on Helping Hands of Benton County.
“I want to express our genuine thanks for the Four Seasons Sunroom recently donated to Helping Hands,” Crawford said. “This donation allows us the opportunity to provide our clients a safe place to wait, away from the elements of the weather. This has been an issue we have struggled to address for years and your donation has made it safer and much more comfortable for out clients.”
