Lespri Resorts to manage the hotel rentals and HOA of the Silver Queen Hotel on Main Street in Park City, UT.

this management contract is the only contract that makes sense in today’s economy and in this market. Property managers cannot ignore marketing trends like VRBO and we must support good wholesalers like VacationRoost and The Lodging Company.

Lespri Resorts, a privately held property management company doing business in Park City, Jackson Hole & Mont Tremblant, announced today that they have been contracted to manage the Silver Queen Hotel located on Historic Main Street in Park City, Utah. This deal will further add to Lespri’s comprehensive product offerings in Park City, UT.

Silver Queen Hotel is a charming boutique hotel featuring 10 well appointed guest rooms. Located at 632 Main Street in Park City the Silver Queen Hotel is one of the best lodging options for the annual Sundance Film Festival as it is located in the heart of Old Town Park City.

There are half a dozen alternatives for property management in Park City, but Lespri’s unique approach to the property management industry is a perfect fit for the new owners of the Silver Queen Hotel. The Lespri property management contract offers much more control and flexibility to the property owners than a traditional property management contract.

Most property managers work on a split revenue contract. Lespri works on a fixed fee with a la carte services at the levels each homeowner specifies.    The Lespri contract is the first in Park City to embrace the “by-owner” trend that has swept the vacation rental market these past couple of years.

“By becoming a fee-based service provider, we can attract higher-end inventory and give a greater share of revenue to the homeowner.” said Jamie Moyle, Lespri Resorts co-owner. “After selling Ski West to Overstock.com, I've been looking for the right opportunity in the travel space. I joined the Lespri Resorts team because this management contract is the only contract that makes sense in today’s economy and in this market. Property managers cannot ignore marketing trends like VRBO and we must support good wholesalers like VacationRoost and The Lodging Company.”
