RealUp is proud to celebrate the first anniversary of their online commercial real estate listing service. RealUp.com was officially launched to the public on May 17, 2009 and has since become the fastest growing commercial property website.

In just one year, RealUp.com has grown into one of the largest commercial real estate listing websites in the world. RealUp now has over 110,000 registered members and 250,000 property listings online. This includes over $125 billion worth of property for sale and 450 million square feet of lease space. During the last 365 days, RealUp has served more than 250,000 visitors who have performed over a million searches for commercial real estate.

"Our great team has worked hard to create this revolutionary commercial real estate service and we are all thrilled to celebrate our first anniversary," said Brian Randy Funk, President of RealUp. "This success is thanks to the fantastic work of our employees, the extensive feedback from our customers, along with the support of our partners and affiliates."

Over the past 12 months, RealUp has been active in the commercial real estate community attending several industry events including the 2009 ICSC RECon convention where the website was first publicly unveiled. RealUp has also joined several industry associations, including NAIOP and ICSC, and has signed a partnership agreement with CCIM Institute. Furthermore, RealUp has earned BBB accreditation as well as TRUSTe certification.

In the last year, RealUp has partnered with some of the largest brokerages in the country including Century 21 Commercial, Grubb & Ellis, TCN Worldwide, Sperry Van Ness, and Coldwell Banker Commercial. RealUp also has listing agreements with many regional companies such as Howard Hanna, Tranzon, Divaris Real Estate, Pyramid Brokerage and Hart Corporation.

"We have had some great achievements this past year and we are all are excited for what lies ahead," said Bill Brown, Chairman of RealUp. "We look forward to expanding our service and working with the commercial real estate community for many years to come."

RealUp.com is the only commercial real estate website offering free listings, free recent sales comparables and free demographics data. RealUp has free information for all types of commercial property including office, retail, industrial, multifamily, and agricultural. In addition to these ground-breaking free services, RealUp offers several optional advertising solutions including email blasts, banner ads, and listing distribution. All RealUp exposure options come with guaranteed results and detailed tracking reports. This "freemium" business model has been instrumental in the growth of the website during the first year.

Finally, after thousands of hours of software development, RealUp has now removed the "beta" tag from the website. Throughout the year, RealUp conducted multiple customer surveys and received thousands of email suggestions. RealUp responded with major new improvements including a powerful new real estate search engine and revamped listing imports/uploads. The end result of these changes, along with thousands of website iterations, is that as of today "beta" is now a thing of the past.
