Working with various software companies, Pileski has over 10 years of strategic marketing and general management experience. Prior to joining I Love Rewards, Pileski served as vice-president of marketing at VM Logix. Under his marketing leadership, the company experienced record growth in 2009, including doubling revenue and customer acquisition as well as improving lead bound activities 10-fold. Previous to VM Logix, Pileski was a founding member of the virtualization software developer PlateSpin's marketing team, where he built and led the award-winning team from 2004 through 2008 when PlateSpin was acquired by Novell for $205M. Pileski has also held marketing management positions with a wide-range of technology companies including Cybermation, DataMirrorCorporation, MGI Software Corporation, and Cedara Software. At I Love Rewards, Pileski is responsible for overseeing all marketing communication, product marketing and brand management functions to drive demand and further expand I Love Rewards' presence globally.
