Terry, “The Original Women’s Bicycle Company,” was founded by Georgena Terry in 1985. The company offers women’s cycling apparel including shorts, knickers, tights, jerseys, base-layers, sports bras, outerwear, cycling gloves, socks and helmets. Terry also designs a line of comfort saddles for men and women. A pioneer of women-specific bicycle design, the company features several women’s road and hybrid bikes.

Terry was founded in 1985 by Georgena Terry, who has been honored by Bicycling and Outside magazines as an innovator in women’s cycling. In April 2009, the Company was purchased by new CEO, Elisabeth Robert, former CEO of the Vermont Teddy Bear Company. The company headquarters were moved to Burlington, Vermont, in December.
