Cascadia Capital, LLC, a leading independent investment bank, advising companies nationally and internationally, within three industry practice areas - Information Technology, Sustainable Industries and Middle Market announced today that Kushal Saha, Greg Treger, Alexis Broadbent and Amar Dhaliwal have joined the firm and have relocated to Seattle from San Francisco, Washington DC, London and Toronto, respectively.

Kushal Saha is a Managing Director in the Information Technology practice with a focus on the Internet and New Media theme. Saha originates, manages and executes all facets of M&A, recapitalizations, private equity and debt placement transactions. Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Saha was part of the leadership of the Internet & Digital Media/Technology Investment Banking Group for Merrill Lynch & Co., where he spearheaded the OpenTable IPO, advised eBay on acquisitions, and oversaw the financing for IACI spin-outs. Saha received undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai in India and a M.B.A from Boston University.

Greg Treger is a Senior Vice President in the Information Technology practice. Treger originates, manages and executes all facets of M&A, recapitalizations, private equity and debt placement transactions. Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Treger was Senior Vice President at Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin in McLean, VA, where he executed M&A and financing transactions for software and technology services clients. Treger has a degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a M.B.A from Columbia University.

Alexis Broadbent is a Senior Associate in the Sustainable Industries practice. Broadbent manages and executes all facets of project finance, as well as M&A, recapitalizations, private equity and debt placement transactions. Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Broadbent was a financial modeling advisor for infrastructure projects with ADN Capital Ventures in San Francisco. Earlier in his career, he was a Director at Elgar Byrne Infrastructure Finance LLP in London. Broadbent has also completed projects across the utilities and power generation markets. He holds degrees from the University of Manchester in England and the University of Burgundy in France.

Amar Dhaliwal is an Associate in the Sustainable Industries practice. Dhaliwal will manage and execute all facets of M&A, recapitalizations, private equity and debt placement transactions. Prior to joining Cascadia Capital, Dhaliwal was an Associate with McKinsey & Co. and an analyst with Goldman Sachs in Toronto. Dhaliwal received an honors degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Waterloo in Canada.
