Maintaining product temperatures at any point throughout the supply chain is now easy and convenient with the new Zoneworks® insulated pallet covers.

Custom-designed to match virtually any size pallet, the Zoneworks insulated pallet covers are engineered with technically advanced materials and a flexible structure that helps maintain the proper temperature of heated or cooled palletized products anywhere throughout a company’s distribution channels and product supply chain. The pallet covers, which are made of lightweight, yet durable industrial vinyl, feature a collapsible design with handles that makes it easy to remove and store the covers. The vinyl material also prohibits water absorption for more efficient and easier wipe-down and storage. Additional features include:

  •     A heavy-duty, multi-layered construction that provides an extra level of durability
  •     Fire-retardant industrial vinyl that meets NFPA-701 standards
  •     Anti-microbial batting that delivers superior thermal insulation

The Zoneworks pallet covers can be customized for unique application requirements, including a wide range of sizes and colors. Zoneworks’ industry specialists are also available for on-site design consultation and complete drawings.
