CenTex Resources SA is proud to offer the Kent Lease in Navarro County, Texas. The Kent Lease is the new recommendation that offers investors a sound choice with minimal risk.
The Kent Lease was developed in the 1920’s by Magnolia (Exxon Mobile) Oil Company as part of the Powell field — one of the largest oil fields in Navato County, Texas. The lease was initially developed in the Woodbine formation at 2,800+ feet with monster wells producing 1,000 to 10,000 barrels of oil per day, per well.
The Kent Lease is located in the northwestern part of this field, which makes for an excellent structural position with large faults. Completed wells in this area show excellent initial production rates.
