David Strempel, an established professional in M&A and strategic consulting based in Milan and founder of Strempel & Partners, has strengthened the range of corporate finance capabilities offered to companies in the area of debt financing and stock market listings in his teaming up with Gianni Laudato and Alberto Parisi Presicce. Together they have founded Strempel & Company which will operate as a full-service investment banking boutique positioned to assist companies in Italy and abroad, in particular SMEs, in all areas of corporate finance.
Gianni Laudato is a senior executive with a history of high profile positions such as CFO or Managing Director in multinational industrial groups and listed companies including GTE Telecomunicazioni SpA, E. Marelli SpA, and Schiapparelli SpA and most recently in corporate finance with MIT.FIN SpA.
Alberto Parisi Presicce is a finance professional with extensive international equity experience having worked in London and in Italy with private as well as public companies and has advised several SMEs with their IPOs on the London market as Head of Corporate Finance for Market Capital.
The team of Strempel & Company is further strengthened through the addition of Marcello Tajani as a non-executive Partner of the firm along with the addition of new Associate Partners Massimo Scotti and Giampiero Rosmarini who join Daniele Liberanome and Massimo Bianchi, already part of the team of Strempel & Partners.
Marcello Tajani is a corporate lawyer who has headed the law firm Studio Legale Tajani since 1981 and is an expert in company restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings. He has held numerous board and supervisory level appointments within large banking groups and has been the court appointed administrator of important industrial groups.
Massimo Scotti has an in-depth background in corporate banking accumulated through years of experience in senior roles within Intesa where he was as co-director for Milan operations coordinating the lending activity for the bank’s 20 branches in Milan as well as having been part of the team directed by Pier Francesco Saviotti, one of Italy’s most noted bankers.
Giampiero Rosmarini has matured important experience at the most senior levels in both the public and private sectors (finance and banking) including the roles of Managing Director for Lombardia Fincapital (now Finlombarda), F.I.P. Merchant Bank (BNL Group) and B2Bipielle as well as having served as a member of the board of EFIBANCA sitting on its executive committee.
