We feel that this automated process will take a burden off of our staff as well as our agents who can now push a button to order post cards. How simple is that?

QuantumDigital, Inc, the complete online service provider of digital print, direct mail, and multi-channel marketing, today announced that Prudential Gary Greene has launched TriggerMarketing™, QuantumDigital's automated neighborhood marketing program, in support of its agents.

"We feel that this automated process will take a burden off of our staff as well as our agents who can now push a button to order post cards. How simple is that?" said Toni Nelson, Director of Strategic Initiatives, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors®. "TriggerMarketing expands our agents' ability to capture leads for both buyers and sellers in a neighborhood. According to the 2009 NAR Survey of Homebuyers and Sellers, seven percent of all buyers found an agent through neighborhood referrals. We expect that if used consistently, this program will help our agents increase both leads on their current listings and opportunities to get new listings."

When a Prudential Gary Greene agent receives a new listing, TriggerMarketing™ will automatically send a message to the real estate professional's internet-enabled mobile device which prompts him or her to initiate distribution of personalized direct mail pieces to the surrounding area or neighborhood, via QuantumDigital. If the direct mail recipient goes online to request additional information or simply reviews the Web page listed on the mail piece, the real estate professional is notified in real time via email and can follow up immediately.

"The program's ability to merge online and print data makes both channels more efficient," continued Nelson. "The printed materials serve to capture the attention of the audience and the Web offers them additional details. Through internet integration, QuantumDigital solves the marketing ROI challenge of tracking results. We feel that TriggerMarketing is certainly a good value for all concerned - the seller, the agent and our company."

"Prudential Gary Greene has been a loyal client of ours since 1997," said Steve Damman President & CEO, QuantumDigital. "There's nothing more important than lead generation in any business, and it's particularly important in real estate. We're so excited to see them continue to adopt our newest technology and are pleased that we continue to anticipate the growing needs of our clients."
