Goble & Associates Promotes Three from Within; Hires Four New Members to Join the Agency

GA adds new talent based on client demand

Chicago-based healthcare communication agency Goble & Associates, Inc. (GA) recently announced a number of promotions and new hires in response to growing client demand.

Recent Promotions
Creative

Brooke Claussen, 48, was named Senior Group Creative Director. She joined GA in 2007 as a Senior Copywriter and was named Group Creative Director in 2008. In her new role, she will expand her responsibilities to manage more of the creative efforts across the department. She is a graduate of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, and has a degree in journalism.

Brian Hannah, 29, was named Director of Science and Clinical Support. He joined the agency in 2006 as a Senior Writer. In his new role, Brian will provide creative and clinical insights across agency accounts. He is a graduate of Northwestern University with a double major in biomedical engineering and economics.

Terry Lawrence, 36, was promoted to Associate Creative Director. He freelanced with GA for a number of months before officially joining the team in 2007 as a Senior Art Director. Terry received his BFA from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana. He spent his junior year studying at the University of Wolverhampton in England.

New Hires
Creative

Blythe Alpern, 35, joined GA as a Senior Writer. Most recently she was a senior freelance copywriter for Integrative Logic in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that she was with Harrison and Star, and Lyons Lavey Nickel Swift in New York as a copywriter. Blythe received her BS in advertising from the University of Florida.

Bil Boyd, 42, joined the agency as an Associate Creative Director. Most recently he was with MedThink Communications in Raleigh, North Carolina, as an Associate Creative Director. Bil holds a BA in journalism and public relations from Central Michigan University.

Alicia Willis, 33, has returned to GA as an Art Director. She originally joined the company as an Art Director in March 2009 after freelancing for the agency, and resigned her position in September to pursue other artistic endeavors. Alicia studied at the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design and then earned her associates degree from Madison Area Technical College (MATC).

Account Management

Tara Gill, 31, joined GA as a Senior Account Manager. Most recently she was an Account Manager at RR Donnelley Premedia Technologies. Tara earned a BA degree from Lake Forest College in studio art and communications
