Sability will be attending the 2010 APA Congress and continuing to promote their highly successful Crossroads campaign, which has resonated with Payroll and HR practitioners across the country as a summary of the frustrations they face today.

Sability, the leading Workforce Management consulting company, announced today their attendance at the American Payroll Association’s 2010 Congress & Expo, to be held May 25-29th at the Gaylord National Convention Center in Washington, DC.

The APA Congress brings together more than 2,500 payroll professionals for four days of networking and education. “The open dialogue is what makes the APA Congress so valuable,” says Patrick Clancy, Vice President of Sales at Sability. “We get to meet our potential customers and hear first-hand about their priorities.”

Sability will continue to use its Workforce Management Crossroads campaign to highlight its comprehensive services related to the entire WFM system life cycle, including WFM strategy, vendor selection, implementation and maintenance. The Crossroads campaign is aimed at companies facing key decisions about their Workforce Management strategy and software solutions.

The economy has forced a new focus on workforce efficiency and at the same time, the Workforce Management industry has undergone many changes. Given all of the options, what is the right path to take? Should you upgrade now, wait another year, look for a new solution, consider a SaaS provider or evaluate the WFM solution provided by your HCM Vendor?

“Everyone we talk to seems to be at a critical decision point,” said Rob Leonard, Chief Operating Officer of Sability. “We provide services designed to help companies at their own particular crossroads. Our consultants help them navigate these decisions, creating a WFM strategy based on the criteria that are most important to their business, and then flawlessly execute those plans. The questions we hear are usually similar, but the answers are always specific to each company.”

Sability will be located at booth 827.
