Introducing a New Paradigm in Project Management

Rob Prinzo, Managing Partner and co-Founder of Anteo Consulting, will present at the upcoming Southeast Regional User Group in Atlanta at the Cobb Galleria on June 17, 2010. His presentation, “Project Soup: A Recipe for Managing to Success,” introduces a new paradigm in large-scale enterprise technology project management.

Prinzo’s presentation focuses on complex enterprise applications project management challenges and opportunities through an entertaining cookbook approach. "Project management is much like making a soup,” states Prinzo, who has a background of more than 15 years experience in providing oversight and management of large-scale enterprise technology projects. ”Creating the recipe, selecting the right ingredients, preparing the stock, balancing the spices, simmering to blend the flavors, measuring progress, and adjusting the heat and cooking time, all parallel the elements of an enterprise applications implementation project,” says Prinzo.

“Like a master chef, it is critical for executives and managers to be able to identify and to intervene at critical points in an implementation process,” explains Prinzo, “while at the same time building an innovative, collaborative solution.” Project assurance analytics help project leaders manage large-scale technology implementations with superior intervention guidelines.
